1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery, The item must be unused, unframed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it, Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided, Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Send clear photos of the product and packaging, We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on the situation. We may ask you to return the item or dispose of it safely based on our evaluation.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method, Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect, For international orders, please use a trackable shipping method, We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Custom or personalized artwork, Digital downloads, Gift cards, Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, After 12 hours, we may have already started printing or preparing your shipment.

7. International Orders

Please ensure correct shipping details are provided, Returns from outside India must follow international return guidelines, Import duties or customs charges are non-refundable.
