By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree that:  All sales are final  No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:  Change of mind |  Dislike of artwork style |  Ordering by mistake,  Color variations due to screen settings.  We strongly encourage customers to review all product details, images, and descriptions carefully before placing an bulk order.

 📦 Damaged or Defective Items

 We thoroughly inspect and securely package each order before shipping. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 To report damage:

 1.  Contact us within 5 days of receiving the order at  info@anukratigraphics.in

2.  Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging  A brief description of the issue If your claim is approved, we may offer:  A partial refund |  A replacement piece |  Store credit

 All such resolutions are handled case-by-case and at our sole discretion.

 🌍 International Orders & Customs Delays

 We ship worldwide and are not responsible for:  Customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT charges

 Delays caused by customs inspections or courier issues Refusal to pay customs fees or refusal to accept delivery does not qualify for a refund.
